Well usually sponsorship entities contact the oncologist or at least try and get a detailed explanation of what the victim has. You're not allowed to just say "leukemia" or "ovarian cancer" if you want money from legit charities. You have to go into detail, like "benign polycystic ovarian cancer"...
the people who donated didn't even get a proper response out of her. They saw the pictures, heard she had cancer, then went DAAAWWWWW and gave money like idiot sheeple. It didn't even occur to them that someone could go so low as to fake cancer, which is mean's they're good people, but its just stupid that they'd hop on the bandwagon so quickly.
