So my girl is into stones and rocks and chakras and shit. I'm with it and about it, but don't know Jack.

Long question cut short, what should I get for her as a gift for her birthday in about a month in terms of chakra and shit. Budget is 300$.

So lost.

Buy her a rock tumbler so she can smooth out rocks. I had one... when I was like 8.

If I were to recommend something else, I'd get her wifi enabled electrical plugs. Then she can control all the lights and stuff through her phone. I have a few and they're awesome.

Thats such a good idea!

She has smart lights and ish. I was gonna get her a Sound Bowl (?) and some tapestries and oils and shit, Was just curious if I had the right idea, or if theres something else I should be looking a!

I'd go with the cool stuff she's into. It shows you pay attention and care. Or at least you're trying to. She'll appreciate that kind of stuff more

Rock tumblers are cool and a good gift but make sure you get a decent one and not a cheap toy if it's something that the recipient is actually going to use frequently. Also will need a metal strainer, an outdoor hose/faucet, extra bags of grit, rough stones, and plastic pellets.

I have this Lortone 3A. It's designed to actually run continuously for long periods of time, the barrel is rubber and decently quiet with smaller stones. Tumbling takes time, and a single batch can take close to a month running constantly, so if you don't have a garage or a room that you can run it in that wont bother you while you sleep maybe it's not a hobby you wanna get in to. There are little plastic pellets that you can add to make it a little quieter but they make the initial grit steps take longer.

I'd also recommend seeking out some resources of where you can look for cool rocks, minerals, and gemstones near you, it's a fun activity to do as a date either just hanging out in a rocky riverbed for a few hours or picking up rocks while on a hike. I've got a shitload of quartz because it is very common in the mountains around me and you can definitely find cool stuff to polish faster than you can complete batches in the tumbler.

Simple massage wands like this are nice, but an electric massage gun would be dope and has some other uses lol ;)

Or if your budget is 300 you might be able to afford a 7 chakra singing bowl set

something like this is solid. they are kinda smallish but they'll still be pitched right so its a good deal. maybe that plus a 7 crystal set would be a good move?

Doterra makes the best essential oils and get her moldavite?jkjk the moldavite could probably ruin her and your life. But Idk if she’s into rocks and stuff she might like epson salts for baths. Also tapestry’s don’t rly matter where they from but usually look dope af. I’m assuming she’s also a plant person cause most crystals people like plants also. Can always get her some succulents or vines for her room

I have been married for 8 years, so take my advice- you have a month - that is great, ultimately you are going to give the gift acknowledging her weird ass hobby, listening to her go on about it endlessly, and supporting her emotionally through a gesture of gift giving. I’ve fucked this up more times than you can count over the years so here goes- my advice is treat it like you are flying a plane and she is air traffic control. You bringing up her birthday gift unprompted ahead of time is favorable territory because it’s thoughtful but she is probably going rattle off some weird bullshit that you don’t understand and then expect you to both understand it and recall it on a dime months later when she is recalling how devastating your shitty gift was to her. You’ll say oh we were talking about how you like bear shaped rocks so I got this bear made out of rock and she’ll be like OMG it’s like you don’t even know me I told you what to buy etc etc etc... So it’s dicey don’t go in unprepared.

I second this 100% My Wife is really into crystals and we got a rock tumbler and its basically running 24/7 now. Yeah you can buy her some crystals from Etsy or whatever but she will think this is cooler for sure. The end of the rabbit hole for anyone into crystals is Rock Hounding where you actually go out and collect them from nature and I would just get her some gear and a book that has local places to check it out. Its actually pretty fun to head up into the mountains with a pick and bucket etc. Especially in Colorado you get this crazy feeling like you are prospecting just like the people did back in the 1800s. Its way more rewarding to find stones and tumble them than just go to a store or online. Pretty much every time we go on a hike now my wife ends up with like 5 lbs of rocks shoved in her backback lol

Singing bowls are legit too. I am a snob and only buy the hand hammered Tibet ones but I am unnaturally good at it. I think I was a monk in a past life or something. Once I was at a crystal shop in Sedona and I randomly will play the ones at the store. I played one and it kept getting louder and louder and got to the point it was deafening in the whole store and customers complained. The owner had to come over and tell me to stop, I could tell he thought it was awesome you could crank a bowl like that but some people were not down lol

Haha, same here, I've nearly blown out a pocket from loading it up with rocks and one of my backpacks perpetually has a layer of dust and bits of quartz and other rocks in a pocket. We can take like an hour to hike only a couple miles or so, truly one of my favorite things to on a date when it's really hot in the summer is to just walk along a mountain stream and find cool rocks.
