.gif help

I found some threads on somewhat related items, but I didn't just want to PM a stranger and ask for help. I feel an incredible need to have my icon a gif of the below video from 0:46 - 0:49.

I'm like photoshop stupid, so I haven't the slightest clue where to start. Is anyone willing to help?

I'm working on making a sick .gif icon right now and the site I use to convert youtube videos to .gifs is

generator. It's very easy to use and there are options to make your .gif smaller/crop/add text. Hope this helps!
