Getting Saga gear on time

Back in the day, saga used to have a fast food “always hungry” them going on. I remember my buddies having that gear.

In Sagas defense - I SO regret getting rid of my saga academics hoodie. That thing was so sick. I just had a bad stain on it and didn’t have room for my upcoming move. I’ve had the academics riding hoodie and the workwear jacket. Both were great deals, both were well made.

Additional 10% off with code FASTFOODCLUB

Not sure why but Honey (chrome extension) plugged it in and it worked.

How's Saga's shipping time been as of late? Looking at a pair of Monarch bibs.

I ordered monarch bibs and a jacket right in the middle of the shut downs and had it within 4 days. That was cross country too. I’m sure if you live closer you’ll have it faster.

Cool beans.

Guys! Thank you so much for making GREAT stylish unique outerwear during 2010-2014.

I understand why your strategy changed and you started to make more simple and inexpressive clothes: the game changed.

And people want sales because we all became less rich, and nobody wants to pay enough for quality and very interesting 3L clothes like your anomie collection was.

Hope you will come back someday with same collection, its awesome appearance and quality.

The core of the company packed up everything from Utah during the spring summer of 2019(there are multiple NS thread posts and emails to customers about this) and moved to Boulder to have the support of a larger corporate structure.

Spyder is also under the same parent company.

Saga is not Spyder. The same way that Line is not K2.

The issues with customer service and delivery during the 17/18 and 18/19 seasons were not because of employees but because of financial problems. As others have said in this thread shipping and customer service over that 19/20 season have been smooth. We fixed that.

Saga has been quiet this summer because the parent company furloughed the 4 employees Saga has and we weren’t allowed to do any work relating to the brand. Furlough ended recently and the core of the company is back. We’re breaking off the furlough dust. We have discussed everything that has and will happen with Saga with our team riders and will be making more information public in the coming weeks.

It’s been a rough couple of years. We moved everything(employees, inventory, operations) from slc and have found a better way to operate. This can be seen in the comments about our customer service and shipping from the past season.

We’re not ready to throw in the towel just yet.

A couple months back I bought last years fatigue jacket from a ski shop when I heard what was happening with saga. They were all sold out and I just wanted my new jacket to be saga because it I may never get another chance. I have older saga stuff and I have to say that this jacket is way better quality than I expected. They really did a great job with the fit and quality of the jacket. Last season I also bought a saga riding hoodie and saga shipped it that day. People seem to have loads of reasons to hate on saga over the years but they really pulled it together. Thank you Saga for everything you did for skiing. Stoked to rep you guys this winter
