Getting pulled over in another state

If you are from Washington and go to Oregon. Lets say you have expired plates or something(but they are wash plates) do you think an oregon cop would pull you over for that.

I know they would still pull you over for speeding and stuff, but do you think they will be more or less leanent?

nope they can't, or shouldn't be able to, because the stickers have nothing to do in Oregon

Cops can pull you over for a expired license plate. You'll probably either get issued a ticket or warning. They wont bother 2 check up on you unless you break a law.
