I'm not to skilled of a skier. I can hit a flat rail and a box but sometimes I just get really nerves up with the mind set of sliding stuff. I know I can do it but I just get really nervous and end up not doing the rail/box. Any tips?
These threads come up all the time, and the simple answer is, if you want to do it bad enough you'll try it. If you don't want it bad enough, you'll prolly never get it.
Fear and falling are a part of learning. If you start small and know exactly what you are going to do on the feature, you will get it with no problem. And when you fall (because you will) just fall and dont try to save it. And like i said before start small, small falls normally arent bad at all.
embrace it. no better way to make peace with something that will stop you from growing and experiencing awesome things than to recognize it and accept it. in any moment like you're talking about you can move forward into growth, or step backwards into safety
