Getting fat

It's easy, find out what your matenience calories is (calories consumed = calories expended) add 500 on top of that per day and you will gain 1 to 2 pounds of fat a week. Gaining weight any faster than that is unhealthy to the body. Or you could just lift and eat a bulking diet. I thought I couldnt gain weight untill I did some research and I managed to pack on 17 pounds since last spring. Very little fat came with my bulk since I was lifting heavy.

wow you tall skinny bastards. im skinny to but atleast im short so sorta it works out.

i find the best way to gain wieght is with a deep frier. buy your self a small deep frier and a box of mars bars, fry the bars and eat one of those with some bacon + eggs drowning in maple syrup for breakfast and an other one before you go to sleep.

make sure you eat alot of dairy products and dont drink any caffine.

also since you're canadian i'll tell you how you can get fat with out looking an american-> eat putine for lunch every day
