Getting back in shape after injury

So I had a pretty bad concussion in November. I haven't done much physical activity since then, I was only cleared a couple weeks ago. I wasn't in fantastic shape to begin with but Noe I'm really not where I want to be.

I've been running a few times a week as well as swimming laps. It feels awesome after but its work haha. What are some other good excercies I can do to get back into shape?
 
Bike rides are good and also hitting a gym. For skiing you would want to have good core strength so crunches, press ups and sit ups are all good and easy workouts
