Getting amped before

when im tryin a new trick or hittin a new feature takes me some time to gather up some balls to do it anyone got some tips or share what u do to amp urself up lol

yea go for it, if you think you know whats goanna happen when you try it, your sometimes wrong. for example, i tried sliding unatural for the first time last night and cleaned the rail on my second try. I expected to fall and find unatural sliding a lot harder. But i wouldnt kno if i didnt go for it. So yea, redbull maybe music and just go for it.
 
Im usually thinking about doing so many rad things that when it comes time to doing the rad things, Im already prepared to do it because I've been thinking about it for so long.
 
this is my method....

on the lift up ill think about exactly my movements when im going to do my new trick so i know what im going to do the whole way through

then once i get to the top of the lift i turn up my music, and stop thinking about everything, (clear my head so im calm and not all ADD like going into the hit)... i dont stop or talk the whole way down...all i do is get to the feature and do it...

and then stomp the shit out of my trick
 
aw sheet i do that too(when my mom used to take us like two year ago and we had a dvd player in the car) now i just listin to rad songs from ski movies on the way up.
 
this is something i'm going to have to improve on a lot this year. think and do it before i get nervous. i often wait to long and question my self before doing it. and i want to actually get good at park this year so thats going to be key.
 
whatch someone do it first and get the idea of how much speed ull need or follow a guy into at the same speed but dont hit it just get e real life sample of how much speed u need
