Getting a puppy when 20: PROS // CONS

i wanted a dog at 20ish waited till now 23, im a little bit more situated now but not much, mainly my desire had grow stronger so when i got her, and still currently, i make sure shes my #1 but that being said if u get a dog get it doing what u do asap, mine goes everywhere i go, even some days at work (im a commercial lobstermen). to do it right u will have to make changes but based on ur activities should be okay i plan to take her skiing some days, work out a routine of ski for idk 45 min then back to the car start it run and play with her have a beer snack and a bowl then set her back up so i can take a few more. he sits on shore and watches me jet ski in the summer and will go lay down somewhere while i work on my car. she even parties when i do. idk your gonna have to work hard taking on a dog means its no longer about u but based on the personality of the dog u can still do the things u love. MAKE SURE U REALLLY REALLY WANT THIS THO. otherwise as others have stated it wont be fair to the dog. my 2 cents hope it helps GL anyway
 
shes a runt pit so she makes it easy cuz she listens well and it was from my buddies littter so i was seeing her b4 she opened her eyes, but yes it is hard i hate when i do have to leave her and like certain places arnt dog friendly. i.e. certain places around here dont allow dogs on hiking trails ya know. and take my advice with a grain of salt im fortunate enough to operate a little out the normal way life works but please make sure u really want to do it right. take it easy man
