Getting a ps3 tomorrow

so fifa10 does not come out for some time, and i am getting my ps3 tomorrow. so i can't chose what game to get for my first ps3 game. i enjoy all games so any ideas are great. no need for speed games, my friend has them and i jsut go to his place and play them. and i dont really like any other racing games other than NFS. so what should i get NS?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?1

xbox has a better online setup but ps3's dont get a ring of death. They both have their strengths and weaknesses. in no way do ps3's blow
 
do u like shooting. and it looks liek u like driving. get

gta the newest one for ps3 its pretty intense. the shit looks so nice. the shooting is way sicker than the otherones. and so is the driving its pretty entertaining to do the missions too.

i dont really liek skate 2 cuz i suck so much at it but its the most entertaining game ever
 
I say xbox ftw more games better online but you have to pay which blows... but id rather have box more people that I know have one so its better
 
PS3 would be good if all of their important franchises except MGS didn't switch over to Xbox because of clear superiority.

I actually was going to get a PS3, but then found out GTAIV was on Xbox too and probably going to be better for Xbox, so I said fuck that.

Only advantage I can think of is you can play all the games that you wouldn't normally be able to play because none of your friends have a PS3 because they all bought an Xbox instead because its just better.

so pumped for modern warfare 2. me and my roommates played cod4 to death. i hate how on ps3 you need a bluetooth headset to talk shit to people
 
lol, its better because it is already becoming outdated? you cant fit half as much content on an hd dvd i think my bro said that developers are already having to cut content to fit them on the disc. sorry everyone doesnt like halo and paying for online play which should be free anyway
 
sony could not have dropped their prices for the ps3 at a more perfect time. so many xboxs are on the fritz these days. im getting one. i got the red ring of death and i said fuck it. ps3 is 300 skrilla
 
the only reason more people have xbox's is because:

1) halo (shit sucks, but it was so bomb when it came out)

2) ps3 came out a year after xbox did. (1337 gamers can't wait a year to game)

that being said, ps3>xbox.

fuck exclusivity, no one cares about that shit.
 
just got my ps3 the other day and it is the SHITTTTTTTTTT love it. i only have COC WAW right now, but am getting fifa 10 the day it comes out, already have it on reserve. add me my name is twin-tip-hero send me a message and let me know your from NS.
 
I disagree, halo has way more skill involved than COD. And the Xbox controller is way better and has infinitely better online play.

The power and blue ray is what makes PS3 better, if they switched to xbox style controllers and made their online more like live it would beat xbox but for the above reasons xbox is better, plus all the new games are coming out on xbox instead. I have both and all the ps3 does it collect dust and watch the rare blue ray movie.
 
haha i hate the xbox controllers. they require too much work with the right hand. with a playstation controller i feel that everything is perfectly placed for myself. just my opinion tho
 
I wish there was an aftermarket ps3 controler that was the same as xbox. PS3 is to hard to use with my gorilla hands.
