getting 2 pics to profile

how do you put more than one pic on your profile. i click browse but can only put on.....i find all the one i wanna put on but can only get one

 
im not sure richie, maybe make one actual picture file so that it has 4 pics in it, then when you upload it its only one pic but has 4 in it so it looks like it has 4... or something if that made sense other than that i wouldnt know
