Gettin' A Six Pack

lay on your back with your legs straight and lift your feet 6 inches off the ground for as long as you can. Repeat. This will hurt alot.

run. alot. do alot of core exercises. dont jsut try to get abs,

work on your core which will help with everything. balance, health,

I know this might sound weird..but i heard if u drink aids infected blood after your workout, you get a 6 pack in like 2 weeks! I have like 4 friends who are all ripped as hell and they said that was their secret.

lol my abs look weird on camera.

90% OF A SIX PACK IS DIET. I DONT CARE HOW "SKINNY" YOU ARE, YOU STILL NEED TOO EAT HEALTHY EVERYDAY. THAT DOESTN MEAN JUST SALADS, YOU ALSO NEED PROTEIN.

^if your talking about the pic, then idgaf, but if you are talking about the advice, then your retarded. sorry but i talk too a bodybuilder about this stuff, and i wouldnt doubt him. soooo....

first off look where your pants are. You dont need to eat super healthy to have a six pack, it just makes it harder if you have a lot of fat

v-sits, scullers, crunches, planks, cherry pickers, pushups, medicine twists, leg drops

just develop a circuit where you do 1 minute on 30 seconds off all these workouts. do a couple reps and then do some yoga afterwards to stretch out so you can do it again the next day without being sore

yes. rowing does wonders for abs. i rarely workout my abs but just from erging and sweeping my abs have gotten big enough. erging is the best full body workout imaginable.

first do a ton of cardio, you need to have your body fat below 10%, then you do cardio exercises. abs are 80% diet/weight, and about 20% doing ab workouts.

If you only work your abs you'll look weird haha so do your whole upper body. and also having some ripped legs helps with skiing

yeah i'm a starboard and my body is completely asymmetrical. my right shoulder, lat, and back are much bigger and more toned than the left. my abs are pretty normal though since they're engaged at the finish where i'm over keel, but the right side sticks out a little more

im also starboard and have the same asymmetries as you but my left abs stick out more, not my right. confused.

wait nevermind, my left side does stick out more, especially up top towards my ribs

even when i was erging and sculling this summer my abs still stayed asymmetrical from rowing starboard all of last season. you just start to build on the unevenness

I've accepted the fact that my body will never be symmetrical again regardless of me trying to fix the uneven-ness

the muscle memory in my wrists and fingers is completely different on my feathering vs. outside hand also

Crunches and Sit-ups or whatever you wanna call them are bad for your back, but it does work.

But seriously Fake ID

Fake ID like said above.
Or for a ripped set of abs, lower your body fat percentage with good nutrition, cardio, and weight lifting.
ABS ARE ALL ABOUT A GOOD DIET

i do like 3 to 4 hundred crunches like 5 days a week and jump on the trampoline and diving board and swim a lot. Do ab exersizes, eat right, and also stay active dude.

Eat well. But dont overeat. Do crunches and run as much as nyou can. 15 and 140 and i have a had a full six pack for a year. you dont have to be skinny as fuck just work out and keep toning. Get a pull up bar and lift ur knees to your chest. Than swing them around your body. This will hurt like a mother fucker but is really good for you. You may also just have to be patient for your definition.
