Getboards is tricksy!

No lie, I was just looking at that page. I was laughing so hard. 10 complaints total. Backcountry has an A+ which came as no surprise to me and Evo came in at an A- which was a little surprising.
 
i might pick up a couple $3 dvd's.
i'll see how willing my mom is to give me money for them, i dont want to risk my own scrilla on getboards haha
 
How do you guys know that Getboards and Salomon don't have a contract? Getboards does carry Salomon, so by selling that domain to one of their retailers it actually prevents domain squatting from happening. It's an actual retailer for Salomon so they're making money from that link really.

 
And I don't like Getboards either.... but I do think that is a possibility that Salomon sold that domain them to help promote sales.

 
Could also help to dilute Salomon's brand just as fast when someone then thinks they are dealing with Salomon and they end up having a shit experience with Getboards
 
salomon cant do anything really, its not like they have ownership over "salomAn", and plenty of sites have other url's that redirect them to their actual page.
 
haha ya thats how i found out about them. ive had no problems ordering from them in the past so im fine with them.
 
Hey guys, getboards is really working hard to turn around the company. The BBB grade is now a B+, the customer satisfaction has really gone up, the inventory problems have gone down and the site keeps improving. I work 5 days a week 8 hours a day answering emails, returning messages, taking phone calls, talking to everyone on live help and making sure that the customers are first. We are not trying to be deceptive or tricksy, I honestly don't know what the deal is with the salomon link because when i clicked it, it came back to NS. I emailed you back and asked if you wanted to order anything else and was trying to confirm the shipping info. If you're in Canada then i have to charge one shipping price or, if you're having them shipped within the US then the shipping price is different. You can respond here and tell me the shipping zip code and location or you can reply to my email I sent 2 days ago.
 
salomonskis.com keeps taking me to newschoolers' splash page, not getboards.com whitch is still odd.
 
gb was fine for me i just got some stuff earlier this week. my only complaint was that it took a little longer to get here than i expected. and yes my mom paid for it haha
 
I've ordered from getboards probably 10 times over the past 8 years and I gotta say, I've never had a single problem and everything's been shipped faster than I expected. I guess I have good luck.
