Getboards.com not answering emails

I found some cheaper prices and the are supposed to honor that, but they arent answering emails

should I call or no?
 
hahaha oh the infamous getboards. some people find them legit. others not. who knows whats up
 
I've dealt with them once, and they honored the lowered prices. They just told me to put the links in the 'Extra Comments' after checkout. I found the cheapest prices I could and stuck the links in there. Funny thing was, the cheapest priced shop didn't even ship to Canada... I wouldn't have ordered from Getboards otherwise.

It all went smoothly though, product got here safely and all, in good time.
 
yeah because i found better prices, they answered a few emails but i'll just call them later today
