Congrats Cam! My bro just got his today, he got 1B, 6Cs and 3Ds so didn't do as well as you. What you doing for A-Level?

They don't really matter anyways. I didn't do that well in them and now I'm at a world top 100 university studying a subject which, according to most people I mention it to, will turn me into a super-machievellian drug producer who has the capability to say some quite memorable one liners, as well as make drugs so pure they change color.

Sheffield, chemistry.

To reference the world rankings point - line 3, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_Sheffield.

Yes, I picked the ranking that's best for me. Everyone does. We're only just outside the top 100 on the other main world ranking.

UK rankings are a load of bullshit, they weight things like the national student survey too high, so people who go to Bangor rate it well even though they learnt fuck all cos they had a good time.

And the super-machievellian villain is (if you hadn't guessed yet...) Walter White.

econs good, loads of essays though. What board are you doing? We did AQA, you get multiple choice exams which are quite easy. Also since it's an A-level only subject (normally), the teachers can communicate with you much better.

I got 100% in my AS (/claim). I was predicted to get an E. Completely shocked my teacher...

I don't know what exam board it's on unfortunately, not been paying enough attention... multiple choice exams are normally easy, essays not so much... yeah i'm pretty sure that would've shocked anyone...

He's doing law, maths, history and government & politics. He wants to do law at uni but he needs to up his game - he was really lazy in school hence his below average grades but he's really looking forward to college.

As K-Bomb said though, GCSE's don't count for shit as long as you do well at college.

As if it matters, there are dozens if not a hundred different rating systems for university's and they all rate everything differently.

It mostly comes down to the person studying and not the uni he is in.
