Just want to hear your thought on gay rights: the actual relationship, gay marriage, adoption, and invitro. (artificial insemination)

I think gay people should be allowed to get married and adopt children. I had no idea there was a thing as male-male in vitro. Don't you still need an egg cell from a woman? If this does exist though then it should be legal as well.

I personally am against gay marriage and everything to do with it. I also will not argue with anyone because I know it is know use. I am only stating my position.

I am christian, but I think the fact that people who deny gay people the simple rights they deserve, and have been denied so long are just so stupid. The bible is 2000 years old, don't you think the times might have changed a bit. Everything is open to interpretation, and who are you to deny people their inalienable rights.
 
I am 100% percent for gay rights. It's a basic human right. Also, humans are not the only species that practice homsexuality.
 
But humans are the only ones who get to go to heaven. Except the gays, which basically makes them not humans.
 
I think that the fight against gay rights is a huge waste of time and resources. It isn't a matter of if gays receive equal rights, its a matter of when--and those who fight against it are just pushing out the "when" at the expense of everyone's time and resources and most importantly the lives of those that are affected the most. I think its sad that the current generation of gays will spend most of their lives fighting for the right to live their lives how they want to and in happiness and peace. Do people who fight against gay rights honestly think they can stop the evolution of humanity? Stop wasting everyone's lives-- you only get one. Accept the gays and be happy.
 
You can boil it down to that but the reality is that one side is fighting for equality and the other side is fighting for basically oppression. You can have your opinions but their is a clear right and wrong

I personally believe it's wrong (I'll pause here for a minute so you can downvote this and get rid of my karma. Okay, let's continue) but I'm not one to tell other people what to do. They can do whatever they want. I think it's fine for them to get legally married as long as the government doesn't force institutions that don't recognize gay marriage, such as the Catholic Church, to marry them.
 
You and sander are completely right.... Haha, I didn't post what side I was on in the thread, did I? So I don't see why Mr.Sloth would even post a reply to me like that. I was just stating by the first few posts it was pretty obvious kids just down-vote because they don't agree.

 
that's fine. but we should also cut off ALL public funding to catholic schools and other organizations then.

out off all the straight parents I've met, I'd say about 25ish% of them were proper parents, so yeah fuck it let give gay people a try.
 
You have posted in quite a few threads, about how you dislike gay people and don't think they should have rights.
 
Catholic schools aren't funded by the government. And people that go to catholic schools still fund public schools through their tax dollars.
