Gay park skiers?

Its probably just like everything else. A tenth of the world is gay and thats the way it is. Doesn't make a difference if your aspiring to be a slopestyle champ or the best cupcake designer.

I'm friends with a good amount of gay guys, not to speak for them as a whole but the majority of my friends are pretty tired of all the commendations for coming out. I treat all gays like I would anyone else, with zero special attention. Now to answer the OP's question, I personally don't know any gay park skiers but I'm sure there's a bunch out there.

This is how I afterbang.

Dood, you are why gay people suck. Who gives a shit about any race, gender or sexuality. Just ski man and don't label and create a division. You want unity, then shut the fuck up.

Worst. thread. possible.

I wonder which is rarer.

Finding a girlfriend who you can go skiing with? Or.

Be gay and finding another gay guy to ski with?

I have no clue.

Haha good question.

I personally don't care if you're gay or not but once you start being an attention whore about it that's when it draws the line. I'm not really a fan of the gay community simply because of how the have publicized sooooooooo much about it but I also know that not everyone is like that.

So what I'm trying to say I guess is that I hate how the media on tv is trying to say gay is ok with every tv how now having a gay couple in. I think that's wrong about how it's every where now.

I'm not sure about that because I never hang with him but then again I wouldn't know if someone is gay unless they tried unzipping my pants with their mouth. I'm pretty ignorant to the whole deal because I don't care enough to bother.

I don't have a problem with gays or gay marriage but I DO NOT like the gays who dress and act flamboyantly and are up in your face with their gayness, in my own opinion it pushes back the gay rights cause because these attention whores are telling everyone in the world that they're proud of being gay. Like its hard to explain my thinking but it's like a straight kid telling everyone he knows he's straight. Gay rights parades these days are more about drawing attention to homosexuality than preaching tolerance and acceptance to this behavior.

Not at all. Generally everyone naturally assumes you're straight(unless something about you seems to point to you being gay).

What you're suggesting would make sense if people naturally assumed everyone was gay, then you would have to tell people" Hey I'm actually straight".

Just because somebody is telling people they're gay, doesn't mean they're trying to get extra attention.

It's pretty annoying when you have to deal with the "Why don't you have a girlfriend?!?!?" question on the regular.

I was in Canada about a month ago, and gays were openly walking around holding hands, just like straights do. And that was cool to see. I think Americans (granted I know there are many other nationalities in this website) have the hardest time with the kind of thing in culture. and why? other countries handle it fine, why cant we? So much for freedom and equality and all that stuff we try to preach. If you're homophobic, seriously, get the fuck over it. I was talking to a gay friend recently and he said some interesting stuff. He said that guys get scared when they find out someones gay because they dont want to get raped or whatever. Gays dont have a crush on every man they see!! I dont have a crush on every girl that walks by, do you think they're any different. Get the fuck over yourselves

Out of curiosity, does anyone know if there are lots of gay racers? We always get called "gay" because of the sped suits, but I've never met anyone that is actually gay when I'm at a race.

Just a question, no more.

does it really fuckin matter? Be whatever you want and respect others opinions. seriously some people need to stop acting like we live in a goddamn utopia. not happenin.

why would you congratulate someone on their sexuality..

we dont go around and say wow congrats on being open on how straight you are. if hes gay so what people have different opinions it shouldn't matter what other people think

uuuuhhhh....i'm not saying we're leading the world in the gay rights movement, but I believe we are ahead of a lot of other countries. Plus, most people I know are completely fine with it. The bigots still exists and are very vocal, but I feel like the majority of Americans are "over themselves".

It's funny with all the Americans arguing that you shouldn't congratulate gay people, or that they shouldn't celebrate being gay, because it's just something you are. It's funny because you come from a country where people excessively congratulate each other and profusely flaunt the fact that they are Americans, even though being American is as little a choice as being gay is.

Yeah but then you are saying we should all go out in standardized uniforms really. You can't hold back one form of expression without holding them all back.

Its just like free speech. If you support free speech, you need to support all of it, especially the stuff you really hate to hear.
