Gas is not subsidized in the US. That would be a communist thing to do and the US wouldn't be for it. I was in the Caribbean in January and it was about 1.80 a gallon, not 15$ a gallon. I think someone is smoking crack

I don't know how much it works out to in gallons but it was 97.5 cents a litre in Vancouver today.

Its about $2.00 here in Milwaukee. Crude oil (oil that is cheap to convert into gas) will be gone in 10-15 years or less, not 20. In that time, everyone will treat oil like it's gold which will probably cause battles.

We here in canada pay $1 CDN a litre, whereas you yanks pay $2 US a gallon, which is just under $3 Canadian.

We pay over a dollar per gallon more than you guys do.
