Gapers opinions on snowboard/ski slope at the olympics

I've quickly come to realise that the Olympics will lead to people whose entire experience of our sport is 1 hour of Olympic coverage suddenly having epiphanies and realising that they are now renowned experts of everything to do with the sport.

Post examples of this you find on the internet or in person.

Ill start:

"we all like to see tricks in the air but when everyone is doing the same thing.....it gets boring.....#triplecorkwasdonetoomanytimesbytomamyriders" coming from a person who has never watched slopestyle before yesterday.

Probably the same kind of person that is hyped as fuck to see moguls or downhill skiing.

Don't get me wrong, I like that too but, #doublestandards

Some kids in my dorm were watching moguls and were freaking out when they did a backflip. They were like "holy shit she nailed that! Can you do that???" I can't wait to show them slope

the commentators are the worst, they were talking about scotty james and what he needs to do to get into the top 8 for finals and the dude is like well he needs to improve his rail game compared to the other rides it's just not as interesting no analyse of how he could make it better, make a back 2 something similar no nothing of that they know shit all and they called a triple underflip a triple cork, i was so angry

Get a VPN extension for your browser and watch the events on bbc.com, I was watching some of the women's slopw qualifier last night and they called every trick and were actually analyzing the runs.
