its so weird, it looks like this on safari and firefox

yeah mine is fucked... no icons or pictures of anything. your pic didnt work eather so i hope we are talking about the same thing

If you clear your cache and close your browser, does this help?

Also, if anybody knows how, what do you get if you ping "media.nscdn.com"?
 
yup mine is like this as well. I can see chapz icon though...? but everything else mentioned above (background, bling, icon, pics) are gone

This happens to me sometimes (I'm on a mac using firefox) but it's usually just a loading issue and with some patience everything evens out, it's weird that it's not playing nice for you.
 
yeah normally it only happens because it doesn't fully load but then ill click and it fixes itself but this won't go away haha

guess i should have stopped all that haxing...
 
Looks like some of DNS servers haven't caught up to changes with our media servers. We've made some changes to speed up the process and things should be back to normal soon
 
No you guys are mistaken... NS isn't broken, we just changed the background to a riders-perspective picture of a massive face shot on a chest-deep day during a blizzard.

I couldn't tell the difference at first either. ;)

 
Ok but seriously though the actual truth is that we changed our media serving yesterday. You guys have been so good with uploading your videos to NS and watching tonnes of them, that our bandwidth usage is skyrocketing!

We needed to upgrade to some ultra-badass new servers for our media, which we did. There was some technical problem with the DNS resolving that's got the old servers cached on some computers. Paul is working on it, and will have things up and running soon!

In the meantime, go with the powder story if anyone asks.

 
ive found that if you go to a page, then go back to the last, then forward again, most of the backgrounds and aesthetics will load, with exception to pictures and icons
 
yup mines doing it too... except i cant see the picture because it isnt loading. travelling circus 8 and chug life 4 are teasing me lol. i must have read through the comments like 10 times waiting for it to load. and theyre all like OMG THAT WAS SICK and im like FUCK I WANT TO SEE IT

yesterday, it was all apeshit, then it turned back to normal, and now its back to being lame.com ahaah

hopefully she'll be fixed soon
 
Day 3Not much has changed. The constant faceshot simulation still bombards my computer screen obscuring the pictures and leaving only small question marks. I don't know how long I can last in these conditions. But they say its always darkest before the dawn and I expect that dawn to come in good time.
