Fundraising ideas

Hey NS,
I am going on a trip to Ireland with my school this spring, and I need to fundraiser $3,500. Im sure some of you have done trips like this before, so I figured someone could help me out.
Our school wants us to sell things like entertainment books and whatnot, but that takes tons of time, and the amount you make is not very much for the time you spend. Im wondering if any of you have special ways you fundraised, or events you held, etc.

My track team sells Schwans stuff and we actually make a lot of money doing it and we only went around asking people in one day. The winter sports at my school sell Christmas trees...they don't raise much money doing that. If you have anything to sell that you own and don't want anymore you could try doing that, it might help a little.
 
check out qsp. they renew magazine subscriptions for people and its easy as fuck to do it.

and if you do do that (lololol dodo) hit up a couple dentist/doctors/anyplace with a waiting room for maaad subscriptions

as for the trip hope you really enjoy it i havent been to ireland but ive been to scotland and its amazing.
