Fun things to do in boring little towns.

smoke weed in really weird places. My friends and i climb ontop of the school and smoke bud. A good one is drive around and throw eggs at cars going the opposite direction as you, when a car turns around just book it out of there. Creates a real big rush
 
finding unique places to smoke weed. going to house parties and getting with girls whilst intoxicated. LIGHT SHIT ON FIRE. No matter your opinion on pointless illegal activity, try it. find large amounts of gasoline and experiment.
 
and one more, just tried this yesterday. when you see a cop, RUN. it will get his attention and he'll pursue you. don't resist when he catches up though, but turn it into a game. it's stupid but fun as hell

but seriously, where i live (and i see tons of cows while mountainbiking or hiking) a cow looks like that:

seriously, they dont care. nothing ever happens with cows. they just stand/sit somewhere and do nothing. although i have to admit that idk about sleeping cows. have to try it.

 
last summer me and my friend got bored so we rode our bikes to the local golf course and picked up a whole bunch of crap apples from a tree on the course. Then we rode around and stuck them in all the holes and ball cleaners. Then we hid in the sand trap and threw apples at golfers. We also would set off this really loud alarm/beeper thing we found. right as they were gunna swing.
 
climb trees. while intoxicated if you think you're too good for it normally. shrug off broken limbs. and go biking in the wee hours of the morn' under moonlight with the road to yourself. it sure beats getting a DUI
