Fulltilt hotdogger for 70% park and 30% pow?

hi

finally fulltilt made bigger sizes (30.5) so my feet fit in them!

i just wonder if the hotdogger (tom wallisch) is fine for pow (i'm using JJs) and/or should i get a stiffer extratongue for (it's #6 now) or will it be ok like this?

maybe someone with experience can tell me more, or would u recommend me another fulltilt boot? (don't question my fulltilt choice, they fit me perfect)

You'll be fine, unles you're huge fatass, in which case you might consider investing in another tongue. I weigh 180 lbs and use the flex tongue and its just fine

just becuase the boot is adverstised as a park boot doesnt mean you can only use it for groomers or for pow. its like any other boot in their line up. will wesson uses the classic's for park and they are all mountain boots.

the stiffness you go with should be based on your weight, your ankle flexibility, and to some degree what you are used to. it doesn't matter if you ski more park or pow, just get the stiffness that matches the criteria I listed and you'll have a boot that rocks for both.
