The pain usually starts on the 3 or 4th run and is situated right in the middle of the Lateral Plantar where the line is pointing to. It is a very sore pain and can get crampy and at times unbearable. Weirdly, if I unbuckle boots after I finish run I get immediate relief and this usually means I'm able to keep sking if I make it a habit. I have pro liner and custom foot beds. No other problems other than this very sore pain in this area.

If you're happy with the rest of the fit, just unbuckle.

Otherwise your footbed isn't sitting quite right in the liner and/or it's a touch too narrow. Most likely.

The pro liner/intuition liners generally have foam along the bottom that can mess up the loading of the footbed.

Go to a boot fitter and try to figure out where you need to adjust the footbed. You need one of those contact mats.

It sounds like that side of your foot might be getting squeezed and maybe doesn’t have enough support underneath. The foot bed might need adjustment. Are the liners new? Sometime it takes a season to break them in.
