Hey I am about to buy a pair of 09 doggers online and I have 2 questions.
First, is al's ski barn a legit site to buy things off? And second, do full tilts run small? I have a pair of 28.5 dallabelos that fit fine so hopefully these will to. Thanks for you help!

Yes they run small, I have a pair of 26.5 dallbellos and in fulltilts I would be 27.5. , this is because the zise of the shell and I know it because Ive try them.... there is a big thread about full tilts , just look for it in forums search and ull find everything u need to know before u buy ur pair.

First off,

Al's Ski barn is the most legit sight ever. If you live on the east coast your stuff will come within 3 days with standard shipping. they are great about returns (although the site says they have a strict 20 return policy) i had skis for like a month and they were unwrapped and they let me trade them in for another ski plus the extra cash to compensate for the price difference.

Full tilts seem like a pretty good company, but the flex is very similar to the dalbellos flex. if you don't have a narrow foot the dalbellos may be a better choice. i know you saide you have dalbellos already but have you considered the il moros?

good luck and i'd definitely order from ski barn, so legit!

SUPER IMPORTANT:

GET THE FEDEX RETURN THING JUST IN CASE, BECAUSE THE LAST THING YOU WANT IS BAD FITTING BOOTS

i got my ft konflicks from als last season. I got the fed ex return label and purchased the ft's and spk's . i wore both pairs around the house for like a week and sent the spk's back. anyways, ive made several purchases and have never had any problems. I live 3000 miles away and skis and boots have always arrived in 3-4 days. also, i always wear a 27.5 but in the ft's i had to get a28. also the shell runs small. the 28's are 318mm which is the same as every other 27.5 boot that have owned

defiantly go try some on first. i just bought some today and they are hella comfy, get some superfeet insoles for extra support

I'd recomend trying them on man... unless they have a return policy for boots that dono't fit. but you have to remember that ski boots pack out and it's pretty hard to tell what the right size boot is if you're not sure how to size them. last year full tilt just used american sizing. I wear a size 12, so i bought a size 11. It was so small at first, but the shell fit was good, and after the heat mold process and a couple weeks of skiing i'm happy to say they rocked. but yeah. go to a boot fitter.

I have ridden the new konflicts and the new hot doggers. i agree with everyone else. Def try them on first or make sure u have a way to return them. I was real stoked to try fulltilt boots and i tried the dogger first and hated it. The boot just felt way too boxy and wasnt comfortable. A little later I rode the konflicts and they were amazing. The konflict has a better liner than the dogger and you can def notice the difference.
