So i thought all my problems would be solved buying full tilts (booters 2010-2011) well this is my second year ridiing them and being really gullable i bought the no shin bang ever again promo. well the booters dont seem to com up all the way on my shin and i get really bad shin bang most days. i really like full tilts so is there any full tilt boot with mabye longer shin touge length / does anyone have any tips to solve this problem, ive tried alot

Maybe look into getting a boster strap, but if they don't fot then I'm afraid they don't fit

the reason you get shinbang is because your boots dont fit properly. i havent had shinbang all year in my SPK's because they fit well and i wear them done up super tight. so yeah just make sure they fit and your problems will be solved

Make sure the middle buckle is tightened all the way. itll keep your foot in the same spot if its tight enough. If your feet are sliding around you'll probably get shinbang

i have dropkicks and one time i tried putting the strap under the tongue. i did up the strap so the liner fit totally snug around my shin, but the tongue tightened up all funny. i could barely get the cables tight enough, and even then they flexed funny. what i do is before doing up the tongue and the strap, i pull both ends of the liner, sort of, so it's snug as can be, then do up the buckles loosely. after this i do up the strap good and tight, then tighten up the buckles. to finish it off, i tighten the strap as much as possible.

works well i don't get shinbang too bad and my legs are pretty skinny.

just because they are full tilts does not mean that you can land really sloppy backseat every single time off 80 foot jumps and cliffs. You still have to land like u r in regular boots. make sure they are not too loose also.

youre in a shell size to big id bet. So many people dont trust a boot fitter when they tell you a boot should be TIGHT when you are trying them on in the store. If you put them on and are like "damn, this is the best boot ever!! ZOMG no more shin bang!!!" that means it is waaaaay to big, esp after they pack out and you gain a bunch more millimeters of room. When will people learn. They are ski boots, not snowboard boots, not shoes, not slippers. Your feet are going to hurt a tad.

So ^this, or dont land backseat and tighten the shit outta your boots!

It is because the booter is more of a traditional boot you will still get shinbang, but the drop kicks and hot doggers don't get it because they don't have cables and they are softer.

get out of the backseat, get a booster strap, and use it. If you fit in a full tilt or you can modify them so you fit in them it shouldn't happen period. I overshot an 80 foot jump three times the other day and I do not have shin bang.

This. Seriously all you fucking have to do is do up the strap behnd your tongue so that the liner wraps tight around your shin with no space. If I don't get shin bang anymore with this method, why the hell should anybody else? Duh.
