i want to buy the full tilt hot doggers fromlast year but no stores near me have these boots so i am going to buy them online? is that ok since iv never tried them on. but they seem like they will work...

It doesn't matter if you can get them for a good deal online. Find a way to try them on. New boots mean nothing if it's not a good fit.

why do they seem like they would be good? Because they are popular around here?

Go to a bootfitter, even w/o FT boots, and try on as many as he will recommend you. I tried on probably over 25 boots over the past few months to get the only one that actually fits perfectly(as in I could ski daily) which for me was Solly Falcon CS Pros.
