Full tilt warranty?!

Bought these march last season and now both tounges at cracked/broken. Personally I’ve never seen this happend to anybody. I have also talked with som ski experts at the local ski shop and all of them believe that I will get the fixed on warranty. So I emailed the place where I bought them and they said that it is wear and tear parts so the can’t do anything to help me. What should I do?
 
Damn that's pretty wild! Never seen tongue crack like that!

I would email Fulltilt and skip the middle men, if the boots are that new Fulltilt would definitely like to know that they crack that easily
 
Every warranty issue I’ve had I just called Full Tilt and they took care of it quickly. They will probably just send you new tongues.
