**FULL TILT SHIN BANG.. PLEASE HELP**

Try lacing the top at tight as possible,so you can only fit three fingers between your shin and the boat, the less room the better. The buckles with the lace system should be able to get tighter, you may have to work it out.

All full tilts are bodyheat molded, the padding may be pretty worn.Try some basic foam in the shin area, from like a camping pad until you aren't sore and then try tightening them.

When in doubt check out the local boot fitter, they may have a method.

Ding ding ding. If your landings backseat often you will get shinbang, a boot can only provide so much support.

if the buckles are as tight as possible they dont fit you.if your boots fit you right, you wouldnt get shinbang. just admit it, you bought them because timmy dildos rides for them and you wanted to look steezy.

Get booster straps to tighten up the top off the boot and when I had shin bang before I got full tilts (in my SPK's) I used to take beer cozies cut them into two squares, and slip in my boot over my shins. Worked like a charm!

i always got really bad shin bang, then i joined my hills freestyle team and learned how to pop and stuff.. my shinbangs gone and hasnt come back. to be honest its about the pop

I have the same problem except its only my left leg. Right leg is fine. I do what the guy mentioned about tightening the strap around the liner, then put the tongue over that, seems to work fine. Those eliminator things look pretty smart tho.

quoting myself for empahsis since noone probably clicked this link. THESE THINGS WORK FOR SHINBANG. These in combination with booster straps have left my shinbang free for the last couple seasons.

I have full tilts and the only time i get shin bang, is when the intuition liners are not correctly in. Make sure they are not over lapping, to check if they are over lapping or not, pull the tongue up and check if the liners over lap or are kinked up.Or you can tighten the top of the boot and ankle strap to equal out the pressure and also it brings your whole foot back more to close the gap

I bought boots that were a size too small. It would take me forever to put them on and my legs would get sore because of how tight they were but after like two weeks they packed out. They fit well. But still no matter what if I landed back seat I would get shin bang.

Quit skiing, obviously.

But wait, go at your local ski shop. They will make a pleasure to check it out. For 0$.

1. Make sure you don't ski back seat. I used to and it messed up my shins badly.

2. Don't tighten them too much, or leave them too lose. Both will result in shin bang. Make it snug yet breathable.

3. Try and absorb backseat landings. Don't just let it snap your shins.

Bingo. You're all set
