Full tilt question

so my foot size hasn't changed, but my full tilts are getting looser and softer on me even when i max them out, last year i couldn't max them out.. is it the liner being packed down or…? not sure, happen to anyone else or any ways to fix it?

As your liners see more and more use they pack out becoming more loose. There is nothing really you can do. You could try heat molding them again but there's no guarantee. If they get too loose you'll just need to get new liners... or thicker socks.

Ya, your liners pack out. You could go down a size... or, what i do, is put smaller cables on my boots once they pack out. (make em tighter)

after going from full tilts to the nordica tj boot i tried to use them again for a day (who knows why) and I honestly don't understand how people can use them, they go so damn low on your shin it feels like your gonna fall out of them at any moment, they have absolutely no support in the back of the boot. I have no idea how i used them for so long.

Honestly, it sounds like your shell is simply too big and now that the liner has settled, it is too sloppy.

Do this: remove the liner from the shell, step into the shell with your ski sock on, slide your toes to the front of the boot, and see how much room is behind your heel. 1cm = race fit, 2cm = normal, 3cm = too big and problematic.

If you have a 3cm shell fit, then your boots are the wrong size and the only real solution is buy the boot that fits. Any attempt to make the slop go away will only be temporary since the shell is wrong for your foot.
