Full Tilt, please make a boot that fits wider feet and isn't called Booter. Please, I beg you.

Great for all that hardcore skiing and filming you will be doing this winter in... upstate New York right? right.

I don't think you realize that eheath is probably a way better skier than you, and you're calling him out... lol

Filming with pros and skiing all the time, what a fucking nerd, huh?

Look at your post count you act like someone would have to know you to figure out your on your computer WAY to much.

Again, all of the focus is on what I wrote. Noticed he first started disrespecting me for no apparent reason? Calling me a fucking girl? No, I guess no one noticed that. Let's give the guy who tried to obtain some peaceful information all the hate and the guy who started disrespecting him all the love. I'm not stupid, ofc what I said was all bullshit. Just disrespected him they way he disrespected me, thats all. So take some time away from the computer and spare your lecture for someone who actually gives a shit.

eheath, your post count says basement dweller.. hahaha

but on a serious note, I would geve up anything to do what eheath does. He skis, films and makes edits.. sounds fucking legit.

and the OP, your are kinda stupid though, you didnt like the booters but you're thinking about getting them again? broaden your horison and try other brands bro

to put on full tilts, you need to pop the tongue down, then put youre foot in, then pull the tongue up, then push down on the front of the tongue, then buckle it in 3 places, being careful that each wire strap is perfectly in the grooves of the boot and corresponds to the correct buckle...

spks on the other hand, you just put youre foot in then buckle it

dont even try saying that full tilts are easier to put on

Is that because no one else has that many that they didn't have one created? That's awesome haha.

Wait wait wait hold up. I literally can't believe I'm the first one to say this but...

...this should be in gear talk?

Also, the searchbar will give you all the info you need AND won't give you any shit. Sounds like that might be a better option.

There have been dozens of threads about fitting full tilts, as well as a stickied thread specifically about choosing the right boot.

Unrelated, but I hope your boot situation works out.

dude try some dalbellos. full tilt is the same shell as the OG raichles, a 3 piece design. Dalbellos boots like the il moro, rampage, etc are BASED off the og raichle 3 piece design but with modern improvements and such. also alot of dalbellos actually use the same intuition liner so theyll fit like FTs, and theyre a bit wider.

OP, I had the same issue. Bought hot doggers, wore them for a season, terrible toe bang and shin bang, went to a store, bought solomon shoguns (park boot), got them fitted properly and thats the end of that.

haha thats great.

And Vincenzo, eheath just stapled a block of ice to your titties. You might as well quit now.

1. You got Full Tilts because they were cool and you wanted to try them.

2. You made a post on NS about how they aren't working.

3. You could have done a logical thing like try a real boot, like eheath said.

4. But instead you choose to get into a flame war with eheath and attack his personal life (which you nor I know anything about)

5. Oh and by your logic all people who edit videos are basement dwellers.

I'm not trying to ride eheath's cock here, just stating what I see. I think this entire argument is retarded.

God I get so sick of this website sometimes. OP was simply asking for advice, just give him your constructive advice. I know you're not all a bunch of 12 year olds but you guys sure fucking act like it.

OP if you had 11/12 Booters and they felt comfortable at first but then ended up not working out for you I would assume that would occur with the current Booters too.

I would definitely try many other boots before deciding. I agree that FTs are simple to put on and such but when it comes down to that it's only a mi-nute aspect when performance and comfort should be considered first.

Hope this helps

eheath comes off as an asshole because you are about the 1,000th person to make this thread, and the answers are always the same. go to a bootfitter. buy a boot that fits you. but in your case i think you should just buy full tilts because then your feet wil hurt and you are a shithead

yes because they will just change a series of boots withing a year. Do you realize what that would take/cost?

I have about 265-270 days on my current Nordica Double Six boots. Did I intend on buying Nordica boots when I went to the store? Nope, but i'm glad I did and they are my favorite boots ever. Despite everyone telling me to get full tilts, Nordica was the obvious option because they FIT. Full Tilts don't work for everyone, and there boots....? are they really that important to your "look" that you must get them?

So just go to a store get what works, and don't make excuses about how full tilts work wonders or are practical. It is just boots, Wtf difference does it really make about how they buckle, or how simple they are(not)??

Okay, my life doesn't depend on whether or not I get Ful Tilts. I would be happy to try out another brand. As I said earlier I've been looking into the Dalbello Il Moro's. The poblem is that my local boot fitter only carries FT in freeski boots. If they had other brands ofc, I would be more than willing to try on a pair. Basically, I don't give a shit how a boot looks if it works good. I've never said I only need Full Tilt, what I asked was why their bootline didn't offer more boots directed towards people with wider feet? Yes, I wanted to give them another go, but seeing as none of the other models than The Booter fit me, I think I'm gonna look for someting else.

hey man, i had some wide ass feet too, and im rockin the ft first chairs which are the stiffest boots currently on their line but theyre great, even tho my feet fuckin hurt. just pop some vics or oxy before u ski and trust me ull be fine for the day

People are calling you a trendwhore because you are ignoring the golden rule about choosing boots- find the one that fits and ignore the other bullshit about it. Going in and looking for Full Tilt boots or freeski boots will get you hated on. So, you need to realize that a "freeski boot" is a marketing ploy. A ski boot is a ski boot, a hunk of plastic that goes on your feet that allows you to ski. There is nothing special about a "freeski" boot, except that it might have a bit more shock absorption built into it (of which you can usually add to a non-freeski boot). You do know that Full Tilt = Raichle Flexon = race boot, don't you?

Also, I'm not sure I agree with your earlier statement that FT is more simplistic. How is a 3-piece boot with fumbly cables more simple than a 2-piece boot with 2 easy buckles?

Just throwing this out there, I kind of agree with OP about FTs being alot more simplistic. Buckles suck dick, fact. It took me half (or less) the time to put on and take off FTs in the shop then it does for me to just put on my Nordica boots. But then again, they are like 4 years old, so maybe that shit doesn't happen with boots anymore, period.

Sparknotes : I don't know what I'm talking about. Just wanted to kill time with bs. :)

dood seriously just shut the fuck up, cant believe im about to defend eheath but here goes...eheath as big of an asshole as he is on ns is one of the most legit people on ns, especially if you are in the right part of the website. the dude provides everyone with inside information on some of our favorite pros and in general tries to keep it real on a website filled with a bunch of young immature kids whose online egos far exceed their ski skills...

who gives a shit if eheath gave up on becoming a "pro" skier to film his homies and make dope edits. he probably didnt feel like keeping up with all the gnarly craziness going on in skiing right now and decided that hed rather capture his homies shreddage so that when they are all older and looking back on college they have mad high quality vids to be like "damn remember how fun that day was". eheath is someone that members like me who have been on here since 07ishh, have been able to follow and watch progress in filming, as well as watch his friends (some of the best skiers in the world) grow and progress too.

you asked a retarded question and got the amount of hostility and maturity level that you deserved and now youre worked up over it, which makes u look like a huge immature bitch...to answer your question just get spks if u dont like the full tilt boot, i use both and switching from one to the other honestly doesn't effect me, hope that helps answer your question, try not to be such a fuck face next time....

"So, is this something that FT is known for? Producing boots that might not fit people with wider feet? Maybe FT should keep this in mind when producing next years bootline? Maybe the B&E model will be more forgiving on the matter? Really don't know if should try another brand than FT right now, so just sharing some of my toughts on this. Anyone else have anything to contribute, feel free. Thanks."

I believe those questions right there are legit. If not just tell me nicely and the thread will die down. Are those questions I asked really that awful? So awful that people have to start getting offensive, calling me out as a fucking girl, pussy, bitch and what not? I know alot of Eheath's work and respect it, what I don't respect is he calling me a fucking girl and beeing disrespectful for no apparent reason. I did to him, what he did to me, who gets all the hate? The guy who has the lesser name. Just cause you got a name doesn't mean you can be a bitch all you want.

Your questions aren't by themselves horrible, but if you took the time to read through Gear Talk you would see 3 or 4 of these threads asked daily and it really pisses people off to see the same questions asked again and again and also in the wrong forum.

Karma rape him. He probably cares way too much about karma to deserve it. Sick thread op. gear talk. I also don't believe this was a planned troll. You just lost and backtracked.

homie i know what ur saying and have even called evan out for similar stuff, after re-reading your original post i agree that you did not deserve the amount of hate that you received, but unfortunately that is a problem that you have to deal with a lot on ns...one person posts something mean/funny and then it becomes the "cool" thing to do so everyone starts posting, dont take it personally most the kids who spread the most hate on this site arent even that good at skiing/so their opinion of you shouldn't matter at all...this thread got a bad start and your responses to members didnt make it any better, if you had posted a similar post off the start when everyone start hating on you to the one you just posted i honestly believe this thread would have gone more smoothly...

in any event, the only thing i can really contribute to this thread is that i ride on both the spks and fulltilts and neither one makes a huge difference over the other...play nice now kids

If you are so set on Full Tilts, why dont you try the high-five? Same fit as the booter but stiffer.

Or just go get any other brand of boot and put intuition liners in them.

Hahaha. Adding a wide boot option would essentially require changing the whole series. They would have to redesign and make a new shell for each boot.

Ft doesn't make wide boots. That's just how it is. The influence series is the widest, with a 102mm last. If you need wider that that, you need to find a different brand.

Oh and the b&e boot won't address this. It is the same as the old hotdogger/ twall (before the wider toe box). 99 mm last, 6 flex.

Also your profile says you live in breck. I'm sure there is a bootfitter somewhere in summit county that has something besides full tilt.
