Full Tilt Middle buckle issue...

middle buckle was tightened all the way, now it is stuck in that position. Tried to pry the notch that keeps the buckle in place, but that does not do the trick...

Full Tilt also has replacement middle buckles on the site, but are currently not for sale online. and one other thing, the buckles are riveted in, so how does the replacement process work?

Wiggle the buckle a bit, sometimes they just get jammed. The middle buckle isn't riveted, you have to remove the back of the boot (two screws, either side of the ankle) and you'll see the screw holding the buckle in place.
