Full Tilt Lower buckle stuck

Hey, The lowest buckle on my full tilt hotdoggers is stuck in the tightest position and doesn't want to move back and forth. Any ideas on how to fix this or if anyone can give a detailed explanation on how the system works I will be grateful. Also information on how to remove the buckle would be helpful, I have removed the bolt, but it doesn't just fall out and I am afraid to put pressure on it as not to damage it without having a clue of what i'm doing. + karma for helpful replies

Try wiggling it side to side, sometimes the buckles just gets bound up.

As far as taking them out, you have to remove the screw and them slide the entire buckle (including the metal plate it's attached too) down towards the mid-sole of the boot and it'll pop right out.
 
did you ever figure this out? same shit is happening to mine too. i've been trying for hours and it wont budge.
