Full tilt classics calf issue

so i got the full tilt classics this years and i love them to death except for one thing when i first put them on in the morning and tighten down a bunch a muscle in my calf on the lower outside right starts to get fatigued. i dont even know why usually stops after a bit or if i loosen em. another friend has the same thing happen sometimes. its only on my right foot though. left fits like a dream. anybody got any fixes or ideas? i have already thought about getting em molded but i dont think that the issue.

.i just got booster straps for my second pair of full tilts. by far the best investment you can make into your boots. it allows you to get the liner perfectly flush all around your calf. With the booster strap on properly I can hardly notice if the buckles are locked down or not, which allows me to just barely tighten them and maintain great circulation with no pressure points. Without the booster strap i've never been able to lock my calf down properly and could always fit at least a pinky in between my shin and boot. I'm never going to ride any boots without booster straps anymore.

I got the t walls last year and they did the exact same thing. I got them fitted and it went away though. Be nice about it but make sure you complain about every little thing to the boot fitter.

Yeah actually, am I reading your post correctly OP? Like are you saying that you've never had the liners heat molded? If you haven't I'll bet that's 99% of the issue. All kindsa crazy stuff can happen to those liners before the boot gets to the customer. Imagine they're being shipped via plane to the east coast with a layover in say I dunno, for aguements sake, Vegas. So the liner heats up while the plane is on the Tarmac but then gets cooled while in flight. Make sense? Def get them heat molded if you haven't. Shoot that's one of the huge sell points for intuition liners. Get your moneys worth bud. Haha.

Thanks for the advice. the main reason i havnt gotten em molded yet is the funds involved. i know its pretty cheap but money is money. i will go get em molded i just didnt wanna drop the cash and have it not solve the problem.

You don't need to mold them. I have Hot Doggers and had the same problem at first. To anyone with this problem pay close attention:

The Lining is curled so that it overlaps, all you do is flip the overlap around. So, if the right side of the lining is being overlapped by the left, push the left underneath and have the right overlap. This will take the pressure off of your calf and will make your ski day a hell of a lot more enjoyable.

I hope this helps, they really feel perfect once you fix this problem.
