Full Site on iPhone

Generally, I'm pretty tolerant of the mobile site. Recently though, I've been receiving messages and wanting to view member photos and videos. I simply am getting frustrated. There is no freaking way to switch back to the full site. All that needs to happen is a button at the bottom banner that switches the mobile cookie from "on" to "off". Or even a simple JavaScript medium would accomplish it. Am I missing something? There is really no way to switch back and forth?
 
It's not that it's hard to do, they had it before, but for some unknown reason they've blocked the request desktop site function.
 
you have to do some stuff, but its possible. ive done it by google searching a user's name, or a specific page i want to visit (+ the word 'newschoolers'), then ill scroll down and there will be some varying links that all lead to the same page. i dont know what it is because im no computer expert, but instead of http:// itll say something else there.then if youre lucky you will get that page in full. and if youre luckier you can follow links from there to other pages in full.

its trial and error in my experience
 
Ah, thank you all for your helpfulness. Hopefully in the future they will make a fully integrated mobile app that will communicate directly with the camera, GPS, and other cool stuff.
