Full Face Helmets

Don't know dude, but there are two dangers that I imagine: 1) if you land on your face on hardpack, you could seriously fuck up your neck (I think) and 2) Snow packed between the faceguard and your mouth migh make for a suffocation hazzard (I don't really think so, but I heard it so, I told ya). I have a buddy who's ridden mountain bike witha full face for a couple of years now though, so the neck twisting thing might not be so bad.

Should midgets be paid under the table??

My 'fairy godmother' asked me when I was 3 whether I wanted a long penis or a long memory, I forget my answer!

I've heard that there's potential for the front of the helmet to get caught in the snow and snap your neck bad. not sure how true it is tho.

my friend got one and I dont thikn he's gonna like it cause its like a big moto x helmet..it looks dope but i think its too big...those boeri or giro ones that just have the screw on visor and face I think would be alright though

Why do you guys say, 'I have to take a shit' when you just leave it there?' JF learning english

nah I don't really like them, good for Skier cross but yah, I think they would maybe help but they can break your neck as someone else said, a normal one will help you and they can kinda restrict your vision a little.

i have two helmets. a boeri cross (full face) and a just normal helmet, not sure which one. i wear the full face basically full time now. i don't spend much time every in the park, and when we build jump it is usually OB, i basically just go in the park when i'm skiing by it. this spring when we jump, i probably won't wear it just becuase it can be really hot if your hiking. i got it after get to concussions within a month last year off bouchted cliff drops envolving once a knee to the face and once a rock to the face. i don't think it impairs your vision at all. this one is the first made for skiing though. the biggest thing is to make sure you get a pair of goggles that fit your helemt and head perfect. i've taken a couple of cartwheel types of falls this year and it never caught to snow, but that was in pow/crud. haven't seen what happens on hardpack. i like it. it comfortable, warm, blocks wind, has already prevented me from hurting myself when i hit a tree branch. plus, i got me pro form for like $75 down from $260, so it seem worth it. i'll recommended it to anyone who like cliff drops or exposed line with the possibilty of cartwheeling over exposed rocks and the liking, which are my favorate thing to do, but those who just spend all day hiking to park, or if you live in the midwest it is just extra weight.

I just got the Giro Flint for xmas, I agree with iggyskier, way too many knees to the jaw and hitting my face on crap. But I also don't ride that much park and if I do I'll just ride w/ my Red helmet. Well can't wait to get back to tahoe because now I AM INVINCABLE

NOt sure if I would wear one...but I can understand why people do...knees in the face suck ass.
