Fucking bone spurs

so does anyone else have this problem. i get these bone spurs on the back of my heals from my ski boots and they are a decent size but dont hurt when i ride. Now I am developing two more on the sides of my feet. My doctor told me it was because I had big boots and my feet rubbed up against them irritating the skin so I bought smaller boots and the problem still continues. Has anyone ever been able to stop these things (other than surgery)
thanks

Most skiers that I've spoken to have them. I have them on my heals but they don't hurt me at all. But yes, on the sides could be bad news beans. I'm unsure my friend.

I feel you. I only have three toes on each foot, so my feet move around in my boot a lot, and I get spurs on the sides of my heels. Bogus.

i pretty sure that i gat them on the side of my foot a few years ago, i had massive boots for my foot size, and the person who fit me was a retard, they went away over time and the next year i got smaller boot haven't had a problem since.
