Fucked up Teddy Bear Crisis

I got Teddy Bear from a store out of state and it doesnt work on anything. Dvd player, computer, xbox. Is there anything i can do to get a working copy?

Blame your knot having a reciept on the foriegn guy. And when the manager says there aren't any foreign guys working at the shop, then yell RACIST!.

mine was the same way. if you can get a cash refund and get a copy from another store, cuz the place i got it from had there whole shipment messed up, but when i went somewhere else they worked.
