Fucked up haunted house

Getting excited for Halloween coming up next month and going out to get my haunted house on. I mean who really doesn't like halloween except for those assholes who hand out orange pencils and spider finger rings to trick or treaters.

Anyways I came across this video and several others of this weird ass haunted torture house. Apparently you sign a release and they can beat you, force feed you rotten eggs, drown you, and put a drill in your mouth I read somewhere. Reading some of the yelp reviews and comments it seems like a lot of messed up shit happens off camera. A lot of their videos don't show a lot but it still makes you wonder what happens when the camera is off. Is this legal torture? thoughts?

Ive seen video about this its so fucked up isn't it like 8 hours and their is no safety word they can do whatever they want.

the place is real, you have to sign a ton of waivers and stuff. you spend the whole night at the house, and the waivers let them do pretty much anything to you

can anyone who understands contract law in the US eleborate on this? My understanding is that a contract is consent. However, consent can be taken back at any time and they must stop immediatetly.
 
In the video it said it lasted 2-3 hours but I think they crossed the line a little bit, when the people shoved something in that girls mouth that was nasty
 
A couple of things: First, I'm really not sure how U.S law allows something like this to happen, regardless of any waivers.

Second, it takes to types of fucked up people to have this thing exist: those who are willing to do shit like this, and those who are willing to have it done to them.

Its the ultimate experience for hardcore horror fans. Some ns'er started a thread last year and I've lurked their website a ton. Think of it as a haunted house for the ones who've visited'em all.
