so a little while ago i got pulled over for speeding and i had someone in my car befor my six months of driving time was finished. anyway i got a warning for the speeding and my subwoofers being too loud but i got an $84 ticket for having this kid in my car. 2 points on my license and $84. not a big deal. but one more and lose my license.

anyway, i didn't feel like mailing my ticket in or driving all the way to the dmv so i payed my ticket online, printed my reciept and forgot about it. So i come home today and i had a letter from those cocksuckers telling me i am going to lose my license for 90 days because of a passenger violation that i was convicted on on the 24th of june. all this happened on the 2nd of june. They are claiming that i never paid my ticket within the 20 days. i payed on the 19th day. so i am getting fucked in the ass because those little faggots dont have their shit together.

well paying on the 19th day is kinda retarted, especially knowing that the DMV in itself is slow, but that isnt ur fault. blows man
 
I was in a similar situation last summer. Call the court office (you'll probably be on hold for a long time). Tell them you paid your ticket online and to check their records. Sometimes they will grant you an extension, although you might have to write a letter to the judge. It's a bit of work, but it's probably worth it to get your license back.
 
pretty much same thing happened to me except not paying the ticket online. they are taking it away cause you got a ticket within the first 6, i believe, not because they think you didn't pay on time. you can get a restricted license and drive to work which is what i did.
 
are you sure? because i thought i needed 3 points to lose it in the first six and i only got two and they waited like 22 days to send me the letter telling me they are taking it. i dont lose it until july 16th though
 
some states dont let you do certain things until a certain time after u get ur license or permit. such as ny:

cant have anyone in the car until ur 17

cant drive after 9 until 18

cant go anywhere but work/school/home until 17
 
I got pulled over for what the officer said was "a busted tail light".

He also found studded tires, and I was out past 1:00 AM (I'm on my provisional).

I got a $200 for the tires, and a $300 fine for the provisional thing.

Shitty part: I was pulled over at 1:05, three blocks from my house. I was driving the speed limit and obeying all the rules. When I got home, I checked my tail lights; they worked just fine. He said he was "going to be nice and let the busted tail light slide." The officer had no right to pull me over, and I had to pay $500 in tickets because he was bored.

there is a law against it for the first sic monthes you have your license. and i read up a little more and that is what im losing my license for. guess ill be riding my bike a lot
 
where r u from.... cause in indiana u cant have any one in ur car for 90days afta u get ur license... and if u do have a passenger and get caught u lose ur license till ur 18..... thats wat they say anyway..
 
i hate corrupt cops the old police chief of my town would bust people for weed then take it and sell it again.... tho i cant bash on them to much my bro is becomin 1
