Fuck Naps.

I never nap, so when I tried to get an hour or two before a Steve Aoki show I slept right through it.

Now the sleep patterns all fucked, it's 1 in the morning and I'm not getting over there anymore, and not tired at all.

So what should I do now, being it's early and I'm not falling asleep for a good hour or two.
 
I slept from 8 - 11, and slept most of the day in the hospital because I had a seizure and hit my head on some rocks, now it's 2 and I can't sleep.
btw seizures fucking suck.
 
damn that sucks, how'd you hit you head on rocks?

and as for 1 or 2 pm, that's impossible cause I get off work at 5 or 6
 
i cant nap. if i do, i lay down and pass out for like 3 hours. if im tired enough to fall asleep, im tired enough to do it for an extended period of time.

also, naps are the shit. everyday i wake up, shower, then nap for about 45 mins before school because the first time i wake up im grumpy and shit, but the second time im cheery and rested
 
Power naps (15 min knock outs) are amazing. Not only are they healthier for you than a 3 hr nap, you don't waste those 3 hours. I taught myself 6ish years ago how to do it and I benefit from them like crazy. Whenever I'm feeling tired, I pass out for 15 and wake up feeling super refreshed, better than getting a whole nights sleep. You can't do it in bed, cause then you'll get the 3 hour nap going on. I generally do it sitting up, sometimes slouched a bit. The first time I actually woke up after 15 was so cool. Like an alarm went off in my head. Now I'm able to have two naps a day during my 15 minute breaks. By the end of the day I'm not all tired like everyone else.
 
haha i did this last night too. was gonna pass out for an hour before the football game then woke up 4 hours later.
 
I have naps every day beween 30 mins- hour and a half. Usually just an hour or so i feel so refreseshed after. I just set my alarm on my iphone and it wakes me up or i text someone and make them call to wake me up but yeah naps are deadly
