Fuck all y'all serious ass, volkl-ridding ass, fitted shit wearing, rail spinning, headasses.

Real 1s got HG skis, swivel/swerve errything, a fat spliff, no helmet, all while doing cool reckless shit for your bros.
 
I don't do comps I just ski to have fun, no competing or videos at edits, it's freeskiing
 
Fuck y'all pow skiers. Tempting avy's, skiing near tree wells, get too many face shots, having too much fun, and giving too many high fives.

trolling or not this seems like the attitude in skiing right now, i swear most poser kids copying that style take skiing more seriously than the ones trying dubs, at least where i ride

Kids try too hard to be core. Most people I know that send dubs fit a way better description of "core" than these skittle ass lookin goons that can't slide a down rail, yet give comp skiers shit.

I mean, I don't know how to make this clear to you but you are literally saying that if a skier rides for volkl, or wears a helmet they are a headass because they don't conform to your type of skiing.

I know i have given individual skiers shit in the past for how they choose to ski but realistically i was in the wrong. Distaste towards a brand is fine in my opinion. For example I dont like atomic skis as a company (boots are a different story) but I have nothing again jossi or anyone getting a paycheck from them. I'd just prefer to see members of our community choose to support brands that aren't rooted in racing.

And hating on wearing helmets is just ridiculous.

I guess this stuff strikes a chord with me cuz the free skiing scene where I am can get pretty toxic.

I mean,my favorite skier is kai m. He's stylish, but does tech stuff and is pushing skiing in a creative direction. You can't help but vibe when your watching his stuff.

But he skis for k2 and wears a helmet so he's a headass? Our sport is small and exclusive enough as it is. I know it sounds corny as fuck but were all part of one community. Even if you don't like one part of it were all doing the same thing

I'd say where a helmet but if you're just swiveling around rails you don't need one.

no hate on the swivel style, but unless you're actually good at it (very few skiers in the entire community actually fit here) it looks fucking stupid.
