FT Heat Mold Liner

Alright so i've never gotten a ski boot liner heat molded, and had a few questions. I've heard you're supposed to wear two socks, and some say you're not. And some other people mentioned a 'toe block'?
They fit me pretty tight and I'm just curious if i should be doing something special with my feet when i get the molded. Thanks in advance

It all depends on how tight you want the fit, anything from bare feet, stockings to a regular ski sock. You will def need toe caps and then even some padding around the foot if you have any really weird bumps. You can change the overall fit by either buckling loose during moulding (really tight fit) or buckling tight (comfort to loose fit).
