FS- Windells session 3

me and my brother signed up to go and now my brother doesnt want to go so we contacted Windells about it and we wold have to pay a 500 dollar fee to cancel and they said our best bet to get our money back is put it on ebay craigslist, or a forum and i figured that there are probably some people on here that would like to get into the SOLD OUT SESSION 3

never seen anyone do this before but thats dope that your hookin someone up. i went sesh 3 last year and it was UNBELIEVABLE. best week of my life so far, had so much fun. anyone borderline going buy this kids ticket!!!

I wish I got paid for my summer job in the beginning of summer cause I would def get this if so. haha

im only selling my brothers spot. so 1 spot is for sale.

im looking to get at least what i paid for it.. this is a skier sign up but windells said if your a snowboarder you can also take the spot it does not matter

Damnit!!!!!!! 8if i would had seen this yesterday i would have taken it!! but i sighned up for session 7 cuz that was the last one open

im not trying to be mean or anything but just cause im not gonna sell this session seat for like 1000 dollars doesnt mean i can sell anything on here.

i dont have a set price but it needs to be some where around the amount i paid for it...

if you decide to buy it you will have to pay through paypal first. then i will give you the info that you need to tell to windells so they can verify that you paid for it and everything has bee agreed upon

alright if you think this is SKETCHY.. then call windells and ask them.. they will tell you the exact same thing i just told to you guys

dude hahaha.. idk we went last year to session 6 and it was so much fun and thats why we signed up this year and then like 2 weeks ago he starting telling my mom that he didnt want to go but we had already paid for the full thing so my mom called windells and they told us that we would have to pay a fee to cancel it or to give the spot to another person and then deal with the payments outside of windells

if u want to sell the ticket you NEED to give us a price. the prices doesnt have to be exact we just want to kno what u r looking for

While I whole heartedly agree with the principles of a community, I believe you completely fail to grasp the issue at hand here and are demonstrating a lack of maturity in your responses.
The original poster's largest flaw is not directly saying a price he paid and exactly what he is looking for. This sale is valued at over a grand and should have been handled more professionally. While this is a serious flaw that needs to be addressed, you are jumping to conclusions that he is trying to make a "profit."
Session 3 at Windells costs $1,899.00. From the best of my understanding, the original poster has already paid said amount in full. $500 of this amount is non-deductable upon cancellation. So if he (or his mother) cancels the trip they receive $1,399.00 back. Which is a loss of $500.
The other, more economical, option is to sell said $1,899.00 trip for an amount of his discretion. If he sells it for anywhere between $1,399.00 and $1,899.00 the original poster cuts his losses. You sarcastically use the phrase "a nice profit," which makes me laugh. Although he hasn't made it clear, the original poster COULD just be trying to cut his losses
The original poster also mentioned that he is looking for "some where around the amount he paid for it." I am under the impression this is not flipping but merely trying to cut his losses as much as possible, which furthers the point made above.
Just because he (or his mother) is not willing to spend $500 on NOTHING does not mean he should "get off NS"
For $1,899 he is breaking even and "hooking someone up" with the chance to attend a sold out session.
I believe you could benefit from taking a step back and trying to see the good in things before judging others and running your mouth,

Also, I read the thread and listened to his bullshit about supply and demand and no set price...... Which adds to the unprofessionalism of this thread, But I am making a VERY large assumption he is not trying to be a total douche, just trying to avoid losses. Which would make someone want to justify why a session would be worth more.
If I am wrong, I apologize for giving him the benefit of the doubt

your totally right bobs.. if my brother would cancel his spot then we would lose 500 dollars and only get the 1399 back to in all actuality im looking for between 1399 and 1899(which is the price of the camp

why cant you sell it to one of the kids on the waiting list? Windells should hook it up w/ the names on the list so you can get a full refund since they are losing nothing from this.

I hear this all the time at my work but they will start with the privacy policy and so on since they are not allowed to release any info of the neither applicants of the camp nor waitinglists ....and if they do give out the info of the kids it would have been so much faster without loosing any money and that s why Newschoolers is the best bet(hoping those kids on waitinglist would see this)

Dont hate on this kid.. his brother cant go.. and he doesnt want to pay the fine for backing out.. there are 25 kids on that waiting list that i bet would be down to pay a little extra for that session. so hes trying to hook them up with the session that they wanted in the first place.

and so what the kids trying to make a little extra cash, whoevers buying this is most likely going to be someone little and its going to be their parents money anyways.

if you dont find anyone legit, dont forget im from wisco so you can i can tag along. also still wondering why in the hell your brother wouldnt want to go? i'd kill a buffalo with my bare hands to go there.

Exactly what I was going to say.
Someone really should snag this, and everyone else should stop bitching...he's trying to help someone go to what is obviously the best week of summer camp ever (proven by the fact that it sold out almost instantly, and that that's the most prime week of skiing).
Good luck.

yeah man, i mean saving up lunch money every week is one thing, but making a profit on a several hundred dollar purchase made by your mom is alittle od

Do you guys honestly think he's gonna be keeping the money? Obviously he's selling it for his mom, since I'm guessing he's mom doesn't have an NS account...I mean, if his parents didn't want to loose the $500 deposit what makes you think they'll just let him keep the $1400+ he makes on this deal?
