I have a lightly used T2i I would like to sell...paid 569 in September for it and just want to upgrade to a 7d. Will include 18-55 kit lense with it. It's in great condition and has seen more video time then picture shooting. Will let it go for 500 + ship obo...

Next I have a canon 50mm mark1... With metal mount and uv filter that I would like to sell... I paid 175 on eBay for it and would like to get 150 shipped for it.

the 7D isn't really much more impressive than the 60D, honestly. I've used both extensively. Might as well just get a 5Dc so you have full frame capabilities - least that's what I'd do.

ANYWAYS, if this is still around in a few weeks, I might just take both of these off your hands.

keep your t2i, sell your 60d and buy glass and accessories you chode.. what exactly do you need from the 7d video that t2i is lacking?

That's my question, exactly. the t2i and the 7D have the exact same sensor... and the 'meh' AF system and the girth of the 7D really aren't all that and a bag of tricks.

i was thinking of upgrading my t2i to 7d and made a thread very similar to this and I'm glad i did, i learned a lot, if your doing video stick with the t2i and invest in some nice glass with a variety of length ( zoom ). the 7d has basically the same video capacity as the t2i, but if your doing photos, the 7d will give you some more advantages. hope this helps.

i wanna keep the 60 d for vid and have a 7d for pics.....better fps.....better flash capabilities...esp the flash as a slave.

Why not sell the 60D as well? Considering you can install ML on the 7D now, there's really not much advantage to shooting video on the 60D aside from the articulating screen

I just enjoy having 2 bodies because of shooting drift in the summer. Makes it easier on me switching lenses.
