Just bought a new pair of ski boots because these didn't fit me quite right. I used them for 3/4ths of a season, and at the end of the season, I blew the pinky toe corner out a little as a last ditch effort, but they still didn't fit me. They were warm and comfy when they fit me, here are the stats:

The entire heel of the liner is wrapped in a thick layer of shock-dampening elastomers for ultimate protection against hard landings.
The internal shape has been drastically modified to offer a true anatomical shape. The upper cuff has been lowered to provide a better blend with the lower shell. With the activator removed, the upper wrapping provides a positive and progressive flex."
