k thx, im 5'8 may be a lil too long in the arms for me,

Personally I dont think it would be first of all my arms arent abnormally huge and i was only wearing a t shirt under it, so when you put a sweatshirt or thermal ow whatever u ski in under it it will push it up thus making the arms further up
