So I got this idea on how to get rid of this "UNRELEASED CREW" in a pretty effective/innovative way that I've never seen before on Newschoolers.[/b]



Anyways, here are the rules.

RULES

1.) $10 GETS YOUR NAME IN THE RAFFLE ONCE, $20 GETS IN YOUR NAME TWICE & SO ON (YOU CAN ENTER AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT)





2.) THERE MUST BE AT LEAST "20" PEOPLE BEFORE I DRAW NAMES. (1 ENTRY = 1 PERSON)





3.) ITEM WILL SHIP NEXT DAY, I WILL RECORD ME DRAWING THE NAME OUT, ON VIDEO AND POST THE VIDEO SO YOU CAN SEE IT WAS LEGIT AND NOT RIGGED, (IF ANYONE HAS A WAY TO LIVE STREAM THE DRAWING, I CAN/WILL DO IT THAT WAY)





4.) ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED THE DAY OF THE DRAWING.





5.) EVERYONE IN THE DRAWING WILL BE NOTIFIED BEFORE I DRAW NAMES

AFTER, I HAVE RECEIVED 20 CONFIRMS THAT PEOPLE WANT TO ENTER, I WILL GIVE OUT THE PAYPAL ADDRESS TO SEND THE MONEY TO. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS, PLEASE POST YOUR NAME IN THIS THREAD AND SEND ME A "PM" WITH HOW MANY ENTRIES YOU WANT.

Would definitely do this if it was smaller, you need a third party to adjudicate, otherwise who's to say you don't just send it to a friend.
 
I'm not about that and fair is fair...check my feedback I'm not one to scam or do anything shady!
 
A saint would rob a bank if they knew they could get away with it. I'm not saying you would, it's just there's a reason it's never been done( as I'm aware)
 
I'm sorry but this can lead to a whole world of problems for NS sell/trade forums that I think we really don't want to start

sure, you're legit, but what about the people who aren't? if mods allow you to do this then how can they say no to others? and then there's bound to be disputes with people about if the process is fair. I think it's just a whole can of worms that shouldn't be opened.

Also, the reason no one has done it is because if you stand to make money off a gambling activity, technically you need a lottery liscence number, that's the other reason
 
sorry man i didn't mean any hate directly at you, but as everyone else above said, this can lead to a whole world of problems for our entire community in an unregulated internet forum
 
I'd say he's legit because he already turned down my offer to send a certain amount of money to just rig it because he doesn't want to cheat everyone else.

Quit your bitching, Kyle is beyond legitimate and follows his own rules.
 
Thanks for your input, but I have seen items sell like this before on other websites without any mishaps or anything like that.

- Also, why would MODS allow me to do this? It's my item and I can sell it/raffle it off anyway I want, the only rules of the B/S/T forum are "NO FEELERS" and I have completed over a 100 sale transactions and have never received anything but positive feedback.

- Moreover, your point on making money off a gambling activity, I believe that is one of the most ridiculous arguments I have ever heard. At the Level 1 premier in Denver, they RAFFLED off items that they had on stage where you had to PURCHASE a TICKET in order to WIN the item. Now do you really think the boys over at Level 1 Productions had this lottery license that you are talking about? I doubt it.

- Finally, like Simba said, I am nothing but legit and I am not down to just give this away to one of my friends because they threw me a few more dollars then another person did. A raffle is a raffle and thats for a reason, I'm not down to scam anyone as I have proven over the last 3 years on this website. i appreciate the positive response and completely agree with your argument. You are a completely legitimate member and I don't doubt you'd pull this off without a hitch

my argument lies in this one transaction opening the gateway for loads of others, which is where there could be an issue, if those transactions aren't handled fairly. If these are allowed to happen, it'll be up to the NS marketplace to ensure they are placing confidence in people they can actually trust. That being said, people in here don't always exercise good judgement in trying to buy off people with decent feedback

anyways, no condemning your sale, just stating the possible consequences of opening this type of transaction on a forum laden with buyers who don't exercise caution

The reason he can do this kind of sale is because people know he is legit... If someone who seems sketchy tried to do this, people wouldn't buy in because of the seller's lack of legitimacy... What your saying is understandable however.

only way it would work is if you are super legit about it.
