Not sure the exact top speed but we figured between 25-30mph, we used it on a few up rails for urban and close outs and it has plenty of speed.
600ft of rope, you can mount a hitch to it and it has wheel's and a pull bar as well.
New they are $1800, this is still in great shape and asking $1200 OBO
